Raymond West pleaded nolo contendere and was convicted as an accomplice of one count of burglary in the first degree, AS 11.46.300(a)(1). Superior Court Judge Karl Johnstone sentenced him to a term of seven years in prison with four years suspended. Wests sole argument on appeal is that his sentence is excessive. While we agree that Wests conduct justified a substantial sentence, we find the sentence imposed excessive and remand for resentencing to a term not to exceed five years with two and one-half years suspended.
